from Commissioner Stewart to approve this contract.

RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY: MOTION from Commissioner Stewart to declare the following
surplus property:
WHEREAS, the County of Iredell has possession of the following items of personal property which
is surplus to its needs and desires to dispose of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Iredell County that Evie D.
Caldwell, Purchasing Agent, pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 160a -270(b), is hereby authorized to
dispose of the personal property as listed for cash or good check by public auction, and the said
purchasing Agent be further authorized and directed to execute the necessary functions associated
with this sale.
