APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER #2, FEREBEE CORPORATION, LANDFILL PAVING: MOTION from Commissioner
Haire to approve the Change Order #2, Ferebee Corporation, in the amount of $14,769. This makes the
total contract with this change order $292,500.67.

SURPLUS PROPERTY: MOTION from Commissioner Haire to approve the surplus property resolution as
follows:
WHEREAS, The county of Iredell has in its possession the following item of personal property
which is surplus to its needs and desires to dispose of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT resolved by the Board of Commissioners of lredell County that since the
lredell County Rescue Squad, Inc. has requested the following equipment, it shall be transferred to
that department as provided in G. S. 160A-274.
