MOTION from Commissioner Madison to award to bid to Caddum, Inc., the lowest qualified bid, in
the amount of $1,002,821, and to authorize the chairman to sign the contract upon approval of the
county attorney. This is a two-year contract with completion date no later two years from the date
of the signing of the contract.
