from Commissioner Madison to close the nominations and appoint Dr. Rhyne by acclamation.

DOMICILIARY HOME ADVISORY BOARD: Commissioner Stewart nominated Mr. George Harbinson to serve
another three-year term on this board. There were no other nominations. MOTION from Commissioner
Mitchell to close the nominations and appoint Mr. Harbinson by acclamation.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
Note: Chairman Sloan left the meeting at this point. Vice Chairman Stewart assumed the chair.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: MOTION from Commissioner Madison to go into executive session to discuss
personnel, land acquisition, and legal matters.
