TAX COLLECTOR'S SETTLEMEN4_: MOTION from Commissioner Mills to accept the tax
collector's settlement for Lois K. Troutman for neriod July 1, 1983, through August 24, 1983
(at the time of the appointment of Joe Ketchie as tax collector), for both Iredell
County and the City of. Statesville. This settlement was recommended by the county
manager and the county finance officer.

or by other means open to her for collection of such
