GTE SERVICES CORPORATION: A request for the board to waive the penalty was made by GTE. MOTION
from Commissioner Murdock to deny the request.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
FINANCIAL AUDIT - FY 1988-1989: Mr. Bill Furches, finance officer, and Mr. William Barnard,
Foster and McLelland, CPA's, presented the Annual Audit Report.
CONSENT AGENDA:
