PROPOSED NOISE ORDINANCE: A discussion was held in reference to the noise oridnance as
proposed by the county attorney and county manager. MOTION from Commissioner Murdock to delete
Sections 3 and 4 of the proposed ordinance, and if such time should arise that we need to add these
two sections then it could be done.
Murdock withdrew motion.
MOTION from Murdock to table until the Sheriff has had an opportunity to review the proposed
ordinance and voice his opinion.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
