REQUEST GRANTED FOR APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH COTT INDEXING FOR AUTOMATED INDEXING AT REGISTER
OF DEEDS (IC i88-34): Mr. Lynn Nesbit, Register of Deeds, requested that the captioned contract be
approved for the automated indexing of deeds at the Register of Deeds Office. This is estimated to
be $1.34 each for approximately 15,000 transactions per year.
