Mr. Ray Moose was present and inquired about rezoning of his property at a later date. Chair- man Hedrick and Vice Chairman Stewart both made remarks about the rezoning process. This property is located on SR 1890, Tomlin Mill Road, and the request is to rezoning from RA to HB. Mr. Lundy said this property is in the commercial node of the Land Use Plan.
