This contract is a provision whereby the County will advance $112,500 to Iredell Water Corporation to be used for engineering, right of way acquisition, erection and buil- ding of a water distribution line with pertinent gates, boxes, yokes, and valves, to serve Olin Volunteer Fire Department. Funds are to be repaid in the form of one-half of the revenues derived from the sale of water along that portion of water distribution line.
